Summary of the audit results
We are pleased to announce that the recently completed audit has confirmed the high level of performance of our management systems, both in the areas of quality and environmental protection.
ISO 9001:2015 – Quality Management System
The auditors highlighted several strengths of our organization, including a high level of customer satisfaction with the Company’s activities, strong employee competencies, and low staff turnover, which reflects the stability of our team. Attention was drawn to our organizational culture, in which the Quality Management System is treated as a practical tool for the day-to-day management of the Company. Our QMS is based on ongoing risk and opportunity analysis, which we effectively leverage in building our brand. Special recognition was given to the continued commitment of both employees and the Management Board to improving the system and implementing the Company’s mission and vision.
ISO 14001:2015 – Environmental Management System
In the field of environmental protection, the audit confirmed a high level of awareness and engagement across the organization, particularly from Management, in maintaining and developing the certified environmental management system. Our focus on minimizing negative environmental impacts, combined with the understanding that, despite existing impacts, there are always opportunities for further reduction, was appreciated. Competent staff and proactive actions in this area were recognized as particular strengths.
No nonconformities
The audit revealed no nonconformities or areas requiring improvement, which confirms the effectiveness of the implemented systems and our consistent commitment to their ongoing development.
