PercoTop 2K HS Primer 040

A two-component low-emission, fast-drying polyurethane filler primer. It can be used as an adhesion enhancer, as a regular primer or as a thick-coat filler on steel, aluminum and galvanized substrates, as well as on GRP substrates. This primer is available in a variety of colors.

Properties:

PercoTop® 2K HS Primer 040 is a two-component polyacrylic resin-based primer/filler with low VOC (volatile organic compound) content.
It was developed for the most demanding applications in the commercial vehicle, agricultural and construction equipment (ACE) and general industry sectors.
It dries quickly and can be used as a primer or filler.

Substrates	Steel (sandblasting recommended), iron and zinc phosphated steel. Galvanized steel, Sendzimir galvanized steel and hot-dip galvanized steel. Aluminum (pre-check recommended). Ground EP and UP-GRP.
Color	CS340: Light gray approx. RAL 7035. CS341: Green approx. RAL 6013. CS342: White approx. RAL 9010. CS343: Black approx. RAL 9005. CS344: Yellow approx. RAL 1017. CS345: Clear, can be used to mix other colors. CS346: Gray approx. RAL 7032. CS347: Red approx. RAL 3003.
